Most of our items are shipped via UPS Ground, FedEx, or USPS Priority Mail.
You must provide a valid street address for any order we ship via UPS/FedEx. UPS/FedEx will not deliver to a PO Box. We will charge additional fees for incorrect shipping address if shipping carriers return the package. Please allow additional time for shipments to APO/FPO addresses. During the check out process, you will be given shipping options of UPS Ground, UPS 3 Days Air, UPS 2nd Day Air, FedEx 2nd Day or Next Day Air.
UPS Next Day Air is only available to the 48 contiguous United States where UPS overnight delivery is available (UPS does not ship to PO Boxes). If your address qualify for Next Day Air, you can expect delivery according to the following schedule:

Please allow one extra business day if a holiday falls on or between the order date and expected delivery date. Shipments to US addresses that do not qualify for overnight delivery (for example, if shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, or PO Boxes) will be shipped via an alternative shipment method (such as USPS Mail), which can take 3-5 business days or longer, depending on the carrier.

UPS Ground Shipping (default shipping method for all orders)

All deliveries to physical addresses within the continental United States are shipped via UPS Ground service unless stated otherwise. UPS Ground Shipping takes average 5 business days or sometimes longer, depending on the carrier.

International Shipping Charges

For international shipping, the Shipping & Handling varies depending on the destination. Very Fine Dance Shoes automatically calculates shipping charges through our freight carrier's system, once you complete the shipping information stage, you will know the exact shipping charges.

For international shipping (Non-USA address), postage paid ONLY covers shipping. Custom's Taxes and Duties may apply for international shipping. It is our customer's responsibility to pay your local's customs taxes. Failing to do so may result in returning your goods to sender or/and being fined your local's customs. In this case, you will be solely held responsible for storage, penalty, return shipping and all related costs occurred.Please check with your country policies for any fees that may occur.

For overnight express shipping, the Shipping & Handling charge will be quoted.

Inspecting Your Delivery

Very Fine Dance Shoes offers quality products, and makes every effort to ensure that these products are packaged and delivered by the most reputable and qualified shipping companies. However, you are responsible for reporting shipping damage or any shipping discrepancies within 48 hours of delivery. In the case of damaged contents or any shipping discrepancies, please contact our Customer Service department for assistance immediately.

Delivery Times

Upon receiving your order and verifying payment information, you can expect your order to be shipped the same day (via UPS as shipping carrier) if ordered before 2:00 pm pacific time and your item is in our current inventory. If you choose USPS as shipping carrier, you can expect your order to be shipped the next day. Order placed on Saturday & Sunday will not be processed until following Monday.

If you order an item and it is out of stock, we will contact you right away to let you know.

For out of stock items and custom order items, you will receive a "good-faith" estimate of a reliable delivery date. In the event that you are operating on a restricted time frame, every effort will be made to expedite your order once we have been notified. In the event that an extended delay is anticipated on your order, you will be promptly notified and can make your decision at that time to either wait for your order or cancel.
Out of stock items and custom order items may take 4 to 8 weeks for delivery. This timeline is considered to be an estimate.

Order Tracking

If you place your order on line, we will email you the tracking number for your package once the package is shipped. You may also e-mail us at [email protected] or text us at 1-626-539-2808 with your invoice or order number and we will respond promptly with the most up-to-date information.

Special Order Item

Special custom orders require payment in advance. Special orders can not be canceled after 48 hours of placing the order. The special order item is made per your specifications, it is made just for you. They are non-refundable and non-returnable. The typical lead time is about 5 to 8 weeks after receipt of payment. Sometimes it may take longer than our estimated turnaround time due to unexpected factors. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us before placing the special order.

*No need to call for RMA # or write, just follow these simple steps:

1. Please fill out this form and return it with the merchandise (download the return/exchange form here).
    * Distributor Account returns, please contact us for a separate return form
2. Send merchandise in its original box along with the Return/Exchange form and a copy of the ORIGINAL INVOICE*.
    * Returns without an original invoice will result in extreme delays in processing

* For your protection, we recommend you obtaining a tracking number and/or insurance when you ship your items to us.
* We guarantee against manufacturer's defects within 30 days of purchase.
* All Shipping & Handling are non-refundable.
* Special order items are non-refundable and non-returnable.
* Return for refund/exchange can be made within 21 days from the delivered date in its original condition.
* Exchange items will be subject to an additional S&H fee.
* You must contact us to obtain a return authorization if returning merchandise value is more than a $1,000 dollar.

Any returns that do not meet our return policies will be shipped back to the sender and will be charged for shipping fees.
