Step-by-Step Instructions

Begin by ensuring the outsole (the bottom of the shoe) is clean.
Use a clean, wet cloth to wipe off any dust or dirt from the rubber or PU sole of the shoe.
Allow the sole to dry completely before proceeding to the next step.

Decide the exact spot on the sole where you want to attach the SoleSpinner disk. For best results, choose a smooth, flat area.

Carefully peel off the adhesive backing from the SoleSpinner disk, exposing the sticky side of the adhesive.

Apply light pressure using your hands or a small tool to press down on the disk.

After attaching the SoleSpinner, check that it is firmly in place by gently moving your shoe. The disk should remain firmly attached.

Once secured, your SoleSpinner is ready for use! Enjoy enhanced traction and a smooth spinning experience with your newly upgraded shoes.
